I really wanted to give you an informative look at the e300 scooter as I have done quite a bit of research on this scooter and I wanted to share my thoughts and findings with you.
The Review
The Razor e300 is more powerful and faster than the Razor e100 or the e200. If it’s speed and power that you are looking for then the razor e300 scooter gives you the best battery/power combination. With this scooter you can definitely be the coolest kid in the neighbourhood.
This scooter is not only for kids it can be used by adults and teenagers. I have found reviews where adults have been keeping their cars in the garage and using this scooter to go to work on.
Charging the Battery
When the e3oo arrives it must be put on an 18 hour charge to fully charge the battery. Then each consecutive charge is about 8 Hours. Many people seem to play in the day and put their scooter on charge overnight, so the charge time isn’t really a problem.
Battery Life
The life of the battery seems to vary from about 45 minutes to 1 hour of continuous riding before it needs to be charged. This is about 5-10 miles travelling on a flat surface.
Speed
If you are after a speedy scooter then the e300 is for you, it’s recommended travelling speed is up to 15mph. But It can go up to 20mph on flat roads. What you need to consider is the weight of the person on the scooter if they are lighter it will go faster.
The Razor e300 has larger tires and they really do give you a much smoother ride then the e100 or the e200.
Weight Limit
This scooter can hold a weight of up to 220 pounds. This makes this scooter great for both adults and kids. What great fun it would be spending valuable time together playing with this scooter.
The weight of the rider really does play a big factor on the top speed, the speed seems to slow down when the weight gets above 120 pounds, it’s still fun and enjoyable but it’s something you need to be aware of.
Safety
Safety is a real concern and especially that this scooter can go really fast. Firstly I would recommend children wear knee pads and a safety helmet at all times.
You really do feel safe on this scooter it has a supersize deck and frame and it’s tires are more robust and sturdy than the other models, giving for a very pleasurable ride.
Negatives
There were some negative things that I found when researching this scooter that I wanted to mention firstly this is a heavy scooter, it’s about 52 lbs so it’s hard to lift so it’s best to make sure that the battery doesn’t run out whilst your are a long way from home.
Whilst the e100 and the e200 have height adjustable handlebars the e300 doesn’t so this may be a problem for smaller or younger children, a few users have reported that the handlebars are a little high for their children.
This model of scooter can go a little fast for lighter kids, it does have a great solid base and brake but this is something to bear in mind if it is going to be used by smaller or lighter children.

Razor e300 – My recommendation
This is a great product and anyone looking for a motorized scooter will get hours of fun riding around on the e300. I have seen reviews of people who have brought this product for young children, but I feel the speed may be a little tough for younger children to handle. I would recommend small children and children under 13 consider the Razor e100 electric scooteror the Razor e200 electric scooter.
This is fast and fun and would also be a great for anyone with an e100 who wanted to upgrade.
